Mrs. Reshma A. Pawar
Hailing from the Oxford of East, the city of Pune and having graduated from one of the premier engineering institutes, Mrs. Reshma A. Pawar recognized her passion and the need for systematic development of children during her early motherhood days. Reshma gathered the work experience in India as well as overseas and decided to launch InteleQ in the early days of 2020. Her initial experimental programs were well received and that propelled her to dedicate all of her time to systematically nurture the Intelligence and Emotional quotients of children from early days. She holds the perfect blend of Engineering, Applied science, Sports Person, a feminine touch that’s essential for kids, and an enterprising spirit.
Reshma often features as a speaker and an author on various platforms. The wholesome development of children is always at the center of her speeches and articles. Reshma devotes most of her time in the design of unique course and programs, ensuring the seamless delivery and measuring the effectiveness of each of the programs. Her connection with children is natural and profound.
Reshma deeply believes in humungous potential in every child and knows a method to maximize the potential. Every butterfly, which once was a caterpillar and now has wings but through her enterprise, InteleQ, she adds more power to the wings.
Besides InteleQ, Reshma is also a director on board for Govinsm Software Services LLP.

Innovation needs more of common sense than education, and solution to any problem needs the gravity of necessity. Jahangir Painter, who is now better known as real life “Rancho” – a historical protagonist from the blockbuster 3 idiots Hindi movie, is arguably the best example of this. His scooter powered flour mill amused a many.
Jahangir Shaikh is an inspiration to many and he often visits primary and secondary schools and has already inspired thousands of students.
National Innovation Foundation (NIF) which works for promoting grass-root innovations has also appreciated the work done by Mr. Jahangir and because of NIF’s efforts, Jahangir’s innovations were exhibited on multiple platforms including at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Former presidents of India, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam and Smt. Pratibha Patil have personally appreciated Jahangir’s work.
“Masti ki Pathshala”, his brain child, to promote innovation in schools and boost out-of-box thinking in children is now blossoming as “Rancho Innovation School” with over 400 students.
InteleQ was launched by Shri Jahangir sir and since then he is also blessing us as part of the advisory board.

We are so privileged to have Shri Vilas Rabde sir, who has designed over 50 Special Purpose Machines during his illustrious stint with Philips, one of the globally respected brands. Rabde sir is an Electronics engineering graduate. His career spanned over 45 years and he has contributed to the various facets of organization.
Mr. Rabde also held some of the key positions as consultant, advisor, chairman, mentor, director , secretary with various bodies which are working for various causes such as Energy and Environmental Innovation, Entrepreneurship Development, and professional associations.
His energy level is inspiring. Even after retiring from active profession and he continues to infuse enthusiasm to upcoming innovators and entrepreneurs. Ham Radio is his passion and he is running radio Subodh for students. He aspires to set up Atal Tinkering Lab or Repair Café.
An engineer by qualification and a coach by heart, Biman Gandhi is one of the accomplished Business Coaches who is on a mission to contribute to nation’s economy by taking businesses to a next level.
